PACS Access allows referring physicians to securely view imaging studies performed at Bayside Imaging from any web-accessible computer by a Candelis viewer.
Please note the viewer will be unavailable Monday-Friday from 2 am to 5 am and Saturday 2 am to 7 am.
Note: Citrix will need to be installed to access our web-based PACS viewer. If Citrix is not already installed on your computer you can download it using the links below.
A: Try again. If this does not work close viewer and re-launch. Often incorrectly entered usernames and passwords are the main cause of login issues.
Q: This is my first time logging onto the viewer. My computer is asking a series of questions regarding opening the Citrix application. How should I respond?
A: Your computer may ask these questions to confirm that you will allow excess and want to open the Citrix application. Answering YES or OK to the questions should allow Citrix to open.
You may also be asked:
What access do you want to grant? Answer "Full access"
Do you want to be asked again? Answer "Never ask me again"
Q: When I click on "Login to view images" the new window does not fully open. The log in box only shows the field for User Name. What should I do?
A: The rest of the log in box with Password and Domain fields is still accessible. It is just out of view. Try to resize the window.
If this does not work type in your user name and hit enter.
The next field should appear asking for your password.
Type in your password and hit enter.
Next type in Domain (ebmoh) and hit enter.
Q: I am still having a problem and have logged off and re-launched the program. Is there someone I can contact?

Q: My image became too large.
A: Click on the Reset Imaging Setting tool. This will return the image to the original size and contrast.
Q: Adjusting the image on my laptop is difficult.
A: Instead of using the touchpad on your laptop try using an external mouse.
